Your training data

Negology is a practice environment for professional conversations. If your organisation provides your account, it decides the purpose of your training and who receives manager access.

What your session creates

Voice practice records audio and produces a transcript. Negology uses the conversation to generate feedback, scores and progress insights. Documents or screen images are processed only when you use those features.

Use fictional names and situations where possible. Do not include real health information, national ID numbers, passwords or unnecessary information about customers or colleagues.

Who can see it

You can review your own training. Your organisation’s designated managers and administrators may access recordings, transcripts, feedback, scores and derived insights for training management. Do not assume a company training session is private from your manager.

Your organisation controls manager access. Ask your administrator who has access and how results are used. Negology and its providers process information to deliver the service; necessary support and security access is described in the Privacy Policy.

What a score does and does not mean

Feedback is generated by AI and can be incomplete or wrong. A score reflects evidence from a particular practice session; it is not a validated measure of your overall professional ability or personality.

Use feedback to reflect and practise. Ask for human review if it is inaccurate or lacks context. Organisations should not use an AI score as the sole basis for hiring, dismissal, promotion or another significant employment decision.

Your choices and rights

Your organisation sets the session retention period. Deleting recordings and transcripts does not automatically delete progress scores. The Privacy Policy explains the different retention rules.

Contact your administrator or troels@negology.com to request access, correction, export or deletion. We help route requests to the responsible organisation. Your employer should also explain its purposes, legal basis and any applicable workplace policies.
